Product Range

The ELITE family of Pre-plumbed cylinders are the ‘ready to go’ complete package.

The Pre-plumbed is a factory fitted, plumbed and wired version of the Elite cylinder.

When you and your clients want to provide a consistent and neat appearance, Pre-plumbed is the way to go.

We also have a full range of combi boiler compatible controls to ensure uniform controls offering across your sites.

Our pre-plumbed hot water storage cylinders are available with either an internal expansion vessel: ‘ELITE AIR’ or an external expansion vessel ‘Elite Cyl’ models.

Installation engineers will love our pre-plumbed units as they save valuable time and of course space!

FEATURES

  • Available in indirect models from 120, 150, 170, 200, 250 and 300 litre capacities. All sizes available in twin and single zone configuration.
  • Simple to use L.E.D controls.
  • Advanced 7 day programmer giving room thermostat and hot water control.
  • Control system provides separate control of heating and hot water zones.
  • Delayed start thermostat offers SAP benefits.
  • Automatic bypass valve fitted for system efficiency.
  • Heating expansion vessel, pressure gauge, filling loop, expansion valve provided.
  • Indirect thermal controls.
  • System boiler models also available. This is the same specification but the following items are removed from the pre-plumbed package: Heating Expansion Vessel, Filling Loop and Heating Circulating Pump.
  • 25 year cylinder warranty and 2 years parts warranty.
  • Cylinder manufactured from high grade Duplex stainless steel.
  • Flat base for stability and ease of siting.
  • All plumbing and wiring connections handy at the front of the unit.
  • Totally insulated with 100% CFC-Free (ODP zero) polyurethane to minimise heat loss (50mm thick).
  • Long-life 3kW Incoloy immersion heater with integral thermostat and thermal cut-out.
  • 1/2” temperature and pressure relief valve operating at 90°C/7 bar.
