UK Cylinders is proud to be partnering with Samsung on an exciting new affordable housing project in Dalquhurn, Renton, delivering cutting-edge energy efficiency to 25 brand-new homes.
The £5.4 million development, led by Cordale Housing Association, a subsidiary of Caledonia Housing Association, is now underway. Supported by over £2.6 million in funding from the Scottish Government, the project will provide much-needed, high-quality homes for local residents.
Contractor AS Homes Scotland is delivering a mix of 15 two-bedroom houses, 8 three-bedroom houses, and 2 four-bedroom homes. All homes will be fitted with Samsung Air Source Heat Pumps paired with UK Cylinders’ pre-plumbed HG heat pump cylinders—ensuring the highest standards in energy efficiency and long-term performance.
This sustainable heating solution will help reduce running costs for tenants, while supporting Scotland’s broader goals for low-carbon housing.
Paul Kelly, Managing Director of AS Homes Scotland, said:
“Our partnership with Cordale Housing Association will deliver high-quality, thoughtfully designed homes to benefit the Renton community for years to come. Sustainability and longevity are at the core of everything we do.”
The development marks another milestone in UK Cylinders’ mission to support cleaner, smarter homes across the UK.
